We produce Ribolla Gialla since 1999 and ever since then we understood the importance of the wine variety tradition. It is an all-around wine even if it is simple, with its acidity and tannin. Its big grape and its tannic peel are suitable for a quick maceration (few days) in steel.
The result is a wine with simple flavor but strong character, its taste is ample and floral and leaves an acid / tannic sensation that clears the mouth.
Its smell reminds pear peel, tea and white pepper. As already said, its taste is enveloping and soft.
I would say that it is a great interpretation of a simple grape variety but with a determined and clean character.
